U.S. RFQ guidance
Practical answers for a Dafram inquiry.
Who represents Dafram in the United States?
Engitech Systems is Dafram’s exclusive U.S. sales agent. We coordinate commercial and technical inquiries with the manufacturer.
Where are Dafram valves manufactured?
Dafram manufactures ball valves in Urbisaglia, Italy. Engitech provides the U.S. commercial and technical interface.
What should a valve RFQ include?
Include the valve family if known, size, pressure class, quantity, service fluid and operating pressure and temperature. Add the datasheet or line specification, materials, end connections, actuation, required testing and documentation, and project schedule.
How do we send the RFQ and datasheet?
Use the Dafram inquiry option to prepare an email draft, then attach your datasheet in your email application and send it. The website does not receive the inquiry or confirm delivery.
