Project inquiries and documents
The project inquiry form prepares a draft locally in your email application. The website does not receive the form contents or attachments when you prepare the draft. Engitech receives your inquiry only when you choose to send the email. Preparing a draft does not confirm delivery.
You may voluntarily attach drawings or proprietary documents you are authorized to share in your email application. If material has special confidentiality, export-control or other handling requirements, contact us to agree those arrangements before sending it.
Website hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Technical request and error information is processed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views and website performance. Its browser beacon collects usage and performance metrics. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. Optional information assistant
We use Super Intelligence (SI) as a naming convention for model-assisted software, not a claim of superhuman capability. Ask Engitech is an automated guide limited to selecting reviewed public information; it is not an engineer.
When enabled, Ask Engitech identifies its model provider and asks you to acknowledge the notice before sending a question. Your question, recent chat questions and selected public website information are sent to that provider. Do not enter personal details, confidential or proprietary documents, or restricted information in the chat. The assistant cannot provide project-specific engineering decisions.
Chat history stays in this browser tab’s memory and is cleared by Clear chat or a page reload. We do not save chat transcripts in the website database. Spending and abuse-control metadata is kept for up to 35 days; aggregate spending totals are retained without chat content. The request address is processed to create a daily keyed abuse identifier, not stored as a raw address in that database. Hosting and provider logs follow their respective service terms.
The initial OpenAI API configuration disables response storage and does not use API data for model training by default. Safety logs may be retained for up to 30 days. Any provider change requires a new notice and clears the conversation before further use. The optional inquiry draft stays on your device and is not sent to a model; review and send it yourself in your email application.
